All custom code, brand assets, and designs created for clients upon full payment completion remain the property of the client. WebKolek reserves the right to showcase completed public projects in our portfolio.

3. Limitation of Liability

WebKolek strives for optimal performance and growth results; however, third-party search engine algorithm changes or advertising platform policy shifts remain subject to platform owner terms.
